Ground Up — Immersive Teen Camp
Immersive Teen Camp

A six-day immersive experience that blends meaningful engagement, physical challenge, creative expression, wholesome eating, honest conversation, and spiritual depth — built to develop character from the ground up.

What to know

Character development, not treatment

This is not a treatment program

Ground Up is designed for motivated teens ready to grow, be challenged, and connect with peers in a focused, high-quality environment. It is not a therapeutic intervention, clinical program, or behavioral treatment. Teens come as participants in their own development — not as patients. If your teen is curious, open, and ready to show up fully, this camp is for them.

The experience

Six dimensions of growth

Meaningful engagement

Service projects, civic action, and purpose-driven work that connects teens to something beyond themselves.

Physical activity

Movement that energizes and challenges — hiking, team sports, and outdoor experiences that build resilience.

Creative expression

Art, writing, music, and hands-on projects that give every camper a voice and a way to be seen.

High-quality eating

Nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meals that show teens what it feels like to fuel themselves well.

Engaging discussions

Facilitated conversations on identity, leadership, relationships, and what it means to show up fully.

Spirituality

Grounding practices that invite reflection, stillness, and connection to something greater than oneself.
